Notes From Cassandra — Welcoming 2026

Welcome to Notes from Cassandra — a space where I share reflections, gentle guidance, and insights from my work in Myofascial Release, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, and holistic bodywork.

As we step into 2026, I want to pause on something that often gets lost in the rush of a new year. January has a way of whispering (or shouting) that it’s time to reinvent yourself — to fix what’s broken, push harder, become someone new. But what if this year isn’t about remaking yourself at all?

What if 2026 is about becoming more yourself?

More attuned to your body. More honest about what hurts — physically, emotionally, quietly. More compassionate with the parts of you that are tired, guarded, or still healing. In my work, I see again and again that true change doesn’t come from force. It comes from listening. From meeting the body where it is, not where we think it should be.

This year, my hope for you is not radical transformation, but gentle alignment: less pain, more ease. Less self-judgment, more grace. A deeper sense of safety in your own body — however that looks for you.

Whether you’re just beginning to explore these therapies or you’re already familiar with the language of fascia, lymph, and nervous system care, this space is here to support you. Slowly. Thoughtfully. Without pressure.

May 2026 be a year of softening into yourself, honoring what you’ve carried, and allowing healing to unfold in its own time.

I’m glad you’re here.
